Toby graduated from university with a BA/BSc History and Sports Science degree. He has a keen interest in teaching both adults and children and has over 12 years of experience as one of our leading event managers and facilitators.

Toby is qualified and experienced in the delivery of MBTI and experiential learning programmes and has vast experience of working with a number of large and small organisations.

In his spare time he enjoys a range of outdoor sports and activities from kayaking to rugby.
