For trainers and facilitators looking to expand their personal skills portfolio, we are proud to offer our very own experiential toolkit. The REAL toolkit contains all the equipment and facilitator guides necessary to delivery an entire portfolio of games, with over 250 different applications.

For ease of use, the equipment is arranged in a number of individual compartments within a larger trolley case. This modular approach improves transportability and allows easy access to any piece of the equipment at short notice.

A detailed facilitator’s manual allows the user to select activities appropriate to the audience, focusing on specific skill areas through the use of our detailed Skills Matrix. Each individual game is described in full, accompanied by graphical representations of the equipment required, optimal group size and duration.

For those who are less familiar with the world of experiential learning, we offer a REAL Train the Trainer Workshop which covers a range of topics from learning styles to facilitation techniques and an introduction to the games and activities.

The skills gained from our Train the Trainer programme can be used in conjunction with our dedicated toolkit, but are equally useful for enhancing the delivery of the range of well-known experiential games and icebreakers already in the marketplace.
