To assist with understanding, both as an individual and within a team context, we offer a wide range of psychometric tools, each of which can be used on its own or as part of a larger programme. A selection of these is outlined below:

DiSC Classic
The DiSC program helps individuals to explore a range of behavioural styles across four primary dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. The profile provides a framework for looking at human behaviour while also increasing your knowledge of your unique behavioural pattern. The goal of this practical approach is to help you create an environment that will ensure your success.

MBTI
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality questionnaire designed to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and others. The instrument describes an individual's preferences on four dimensions. The various combinations of these preferences result in sixteen personality "types", each associated with a unique set of behavioural characteristics and values, which provide a useful starting point for individual feedback, self-exploration and group discussion.

FIRO-B
The Firo-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behaviour) is a personality instrument that measures how you typically behave with other people and how you expect them to behave towards you. Its interpretation can dramatically increase your understanding of both your own and others' behaviour.

DiSC Team Dimensions
The DiSC Team Dimensions 2.0 programme helps individuals to work from their strengths by identifying their most natural team role, while giving them added appreciation for the contributions of others. The four roles include: Creator , who generates ideas; Advancer , who promotes great ideas; Refiner , who challenges ideas; and Executor , who manages details through completion.

Discovering Diversity
The Discovering Diversity Profile introduces a process that helps draw out our knowledge, feelings and understanding of the variety of human qualities basic to the people with whom we work. Based on your responses to the profile, you will receive personalised feedback that moves through four levels: Knowledge, Understanding, Acceptance and Behaviour. Each area is important in shaping our attitudes toward diversity.

Time Mastery
The Time Mastery Profile helps individuals to set priorities and manage time more effectively by evaluating their effectiveness in 12 critical areas. Individuals and teams can then develop customised strategies for improving productivity and finding greater balance in their daily lives.

Personal Listening Profile
The Personal Listening Profile is a learning tool that helps individuals to identify and understand which of the five listening approaches they use to experience, process, organise, store, and retrieve information. It is useful in a variety of applications, including customer service, presentation skills, conflict resolution, and team-building.
