MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR
Only £1,400* (includes FREE Teambuilding Activities)
Overview
Imagine Real Life Learning brings a fresh and highly effective activity-based approach to the delivery of the Myers Briggs tool which will leave your team with a sound understanding of the various personality types and how this may effect their every day interactions with others.
Delegates will begin by being introduced to the MBTI tool and identifying their "type". Our experiential facilitator then delivers a number of powerful games and activities which serve to clearly demonstrate the four MBTI dichotomies in a fun and fascinating way.
By interacting and exploring personality types in this way, delegates can find a true "best fit" personality type and understand the impact of this type on themselves and those around them.
Example Activities
1.) Pass the Buck - Participants are required to think outside the box as they are challenged to come up with creative ways of passing two balls around the group.
Target Dichotomies: Thinking - Feeling (T - F), Judging - Perceiving (J - P)
2.) REAL Restraints - Teams must work together to release their colleagues from the circle of rope. Delegates will learn to cooperate, communicate and think creatively in this tangled situation.
Target Dichotomies: Extrovert - Introvert (E - I), Sensing - Intuitive (S - N)
3.) Leapfrog - The team must rearrange itself on a set of tiles, without breaking any of the rules
Target Dichotomies: Sensing - Intuitive (S - N), Judging - Perceiving (J - P)
