Kevin has a wealth of experience within public and private sector organisations where he operated at senior level for over 15 years. This experience coupled with his outstanding academic profile enables him to offer his clients a unique combination of results-focused intervention supported by the latest management research.
Kevin has helped organisations to establish their strategic visions right through to aiding individual managers to develop their own knowledge and skills. Clients include Alea (international insurers), Orange (telecoms), Perkins Engines (international manufacturer). He is also well equipped to work with public sector organisations and has assisted organisations such as Peterborough City Council and Norfolk Learning and Skills Council with their management development strategies.
His research completed with Professor John Burgoyne at Lancaster University focused on leadership and team behaviour. He developed a unique cognitive model of team behaviour and uses this as the basis for assisting individual leaders and larger groups to understand how they could work more effectively together.
He is registered and skilled in the use of a range of different psychometric tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, OPQ32 and 16PF. He is also a NVQ assessor and registered with the Chartered Management Institute to deliver their range of accredited programmes such as the Executive Diploma in Management.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys both coaching and playing rugby.
