FIRO-B
Overview
The Firo-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behaviour) is a personality instrument that measures how you typically behave with other people and how you expect them to behave towards you. Its interpretation can dramatically increase your understanding of both your own and others’ behaviour.
By combining this successful tool with experiential activities and a variety of role plays, individuals can begin to truly understand their personal needs and that of those around them.
