FIRO-B
The Firo-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behaviour) is a personality instrument that measures how you typically behave with other people and how you expect them to behave towards you. It's interpretation can dramatically increase your understanding of both your own and others' behaviour.
By the end of the programme, delegates will have:
understood how and why conflict develops between well-meaning people
learnt how to understand their own needs, and how to manage them as they interact with others

Simulation Training
Our Simulation Training is designed to give a global view of all elements involved in business, from Research & Development, to Finance, Marketing, Sales and Social Responsibility. While the simulation is running, facilitator-led discussion, exercises and case studies are used to teach concepts which can then be applied to teams' simulated businesses.
This will enable participants to:
develop their commercial awareness and understanding
gain insight into themselves, their own behaviour and how that impacts on those around them
take both business and behavioural risks and learn from their experience
