The DiSC programme helps individuals to explore a range of behavioural styles across four primary dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. The profile provides a framework for looking at human behaviour while also increasing your knowledge of your unique behavioural pattern. The goal of this practical approach is to help you create an environment that will ensure your success.

DiSC is a versatile tool that can be delivered in two ways:

Firstly, as a web-based instrument for use in recruitment, team understanding and personal development. With this approach, the tool can be used independently within an organisation without the need for facilitator involvement. The cost of each profile is just £35 + VAT.

The second option is as a facilitated programme with a choice of interactive games and activities to reinforce the learnings. Please contact us for options and prices.
