Overview
Decision Making & Strategic Thinking uses a powerful business simulation to build on the fundamentals of commercial awareness, through managing business performance, to helping participants see business in a more holistic way.
Scenario
The simulation represents a typical business which has both manufacturing and service elements. At the start of the simulation, teams take ownership of a Domestic Robot manufacturing company which has establised iteslfd in the market but whose position is still very weak. Over a number of rounds, each of which represents one year's trading, the teams are tasked with making key decisions about how to drive the business forward. At the end of each round, the group as a whole reviews the performance of each team and can see the immediate, and often significant, impact of their decisions on a realistic business scenario.
Outcome
By the end of this interactive program, delegates will have:

- the ability to approach business issues in a structured manner without personal bias and using robust decision making processes
