MANAGING CONFLICT & ACTING ASSERTIVELY
Overview
This one-day workshop is designed to help participants manage conflict positively - avoiding it where appropriate, facing up to it when necessary and handling it in such a way as to create constructive and, if possible, win-win results.
Outcome
By the end of this interactive program, delegates will have:
- learnt to deal with conflicts they encounter at work
- had an opportunity to explore strategies for dealing with difficult working relationships and ‘awkward’ colleagues
- investigated why and where conflict arises

- An interactive workshop with facilitated discussions on live issues
- Use of theory and concrete examples
- Practical activities with coaching and feedback from the facilitator and other delegates
