20/20 Insight GOLD is a versatile tool that allows individuals to solicit 360 degree feedback, focusing on a number of key areas, some examples of which are given below.

willingness to voice own opinion, ability to resolve conflicts effectively

effective communication, ability to clearly present an opinion, willingness to accept others' opinions

assesses listening style and it's effectiveness

ability to accept/give constructive feedback
The surveys are fully customisable to either include questions targeting key behaviour indicators specific to your company, or more generic categories.
Participants will receive a detailed report highlighting individual strengths and areas for improvement. For the four lowest scoring items, the individual is given any specific comments or examples provided by the respondents. In addition, a number of follow-up development actions and further resources are suggested.
